2022, we had such high hopes for you. As the world started to get back to normal however, the GOP realized they didn't really have any plan for the government. With midterms approaching, they decided instead to wage war on the LGBTQ+ community and make their platform about social issues instead of actually governing. In just the first 3 months of the year, state lawmakers have proposed a record 238 bills that would limit the rights of LGBTQ+ Americans. In perspective, there were 191 anti-LGBTQ+ bills in 2021.
