Los Angeles drag queen and Dragula contestant Meatball delivered an absolutely hilarious performance as controversial Republican politician George Santos, including a transformation into his alleged drag persona Kitara Ravache. This took place during the latest edition of Sasha Velour’s NightGowns in New York City.
After a clip montage of Santos’ various scandals over the past few months, Meatball comes out in full politician drag to the tune of “This Is Me” from The Greatest Showman. Throughout the performance, Meatball starts to undress and transforms into the Kitara Ravanche drag persona – tacky red dress, shake-n-go wig, and all! Meatball shared a clip of the performance on Instagram which has received over 330,000 views.
Santos has become a household name because of the controversy surrounding his short time in office so far. He has admitted he embellished his résumé — from where he attended college and his professional background to his Jewish heritage.
