Many see this as just pandering, as frequently the companies will not change their logos for pages that operate in countries that are not LGBTQ+ friendly. Elon Musk, the tech mogul currently attempting to purchase Twitter, tweeted a meme yesterday making fun of this practice. The meme, captioned "June is Almost Here", shows a dust storm full of different company logos in rainbows, including Twitter's.
