Last night, HotSpots presented a very special town hall called 'Race in Wilton Manors: A Unifying Roundtable Town Hall.' The panel included survivors of racist attacks in the community, members of the transgender community, as well as business owners and city officials. Issues such as access to housing, equity issues in starting a business, and how the community at large views the black and brown members of Wilton Manors were discussed. You will be able to view the entire event in a special broadcast after tonight's episode of Queer News Tonight.
