As US and G7-led sanctions against Russia take their toll on the country's economy, and continued lack of success in invading Ukraine shakes the belief of Putin's top supporters, he is lashing out against those he sees as his enemies. His cabinet released a list, which is a ban on certain people entering the country, and it's topped by several Republicans who have spoken out against Putin, and pretty much any US politician who is a Democrat, including President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. It should be unsurprising that he has also targeted LGBTQ+ members of the government, including Admiral Rachel Levine and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. While several prominent former politicians from both parties are on the list, Donald Trump, Mike Pence, and Richard Grenell are apparently still welcomed by the dictator.
