A recent study from the Public Religion Research Institute sheds light on the evolving views of Christian clergy towards LGBTQ+ rights. In this news update, we delve into the findings of the study, which surveyed over 3,000 clergy across major Protestant denominations. Surprisingly, the research reveals that Christian leaders, despite being associated with certain denominations that have anti-LGBTQ+ stances, are increasingly supportive of LGBTQ+ rights.
