For many LGBTQ+ people, life can be complicated. From being in the closet at work vs at home, to finding where you fit in when it comes to dating. For many of us in the community, we tend to find a place where we fit in and stay there. Some of us may identify with the circuit scene. Some of us end up in the leather scene. Others find their home in the “A-Gay” circles, where life is about knowing important people and being invited to important events. The different parts of our community also tend to stick together. Bears stay with bears. Transgender people stick to their spaces. Lesbians stay home (that’s a joke).
