For every person like former TikTok user @ambilifyghtme who drew attacks from many by claiming that being cis and straight is a trauma response, there is a Greta Thunberg who scared conservative adults with her reasoned and educated outspoken activism involving climate change. People complain they always have their faces in their phones, but their continual connectivity to others like them gives them the ability to create grassroots campaigns that change the world around them.
