The iconic streets of Calle Ocho on Southwest 8th Street in Miami’s bustling Little Havana neighborhood will come alive on Sunday, February 18, 2024, for the annual Gay8 (Gay Ocho) Festival. An annual Hispanic street fair dedicated to LGBTQ+ art, music, dance, food, and culture, Gay8 attracts more than 100,000 people from around Greater Miami & Miami Beach and beyond. Gay8 is considered to be the largest Hispanic diversity and inclusion festival in the U.S. Best of all, the festival and block party are free. The party gets going at 11 a.m. The event is free and open to all and features free movies at the Tower, a Doggie Village with a dog obstacle course, dance parties, the Best Miami Sandwich Competition, fashion shows, and many other acts and talent on 4 different stages.
