A professional Ballroom and Latin Dancer turned real estate broker and philanthropist, Jacob uses his life experience as a youth who experienced homelessness to help those in our community find housing and humor. In 2020, Jacob used his vast real estate investment knowledge to found the Sherlock’s Homes Foundation (named after his dog) to address LGBTQ Youth housing insecurity. Currently his foundation has houses in Colorado, North Carolina and Virginia.
