Brewer faces charges of felony criminal mischief and reckless driving. Surveillance footage captured him defacing the mural with burnouts in a truck bearing a Donald Trump flag. Witnesses provided evidence, prompting Brewer's arrest. The Palm Beach County Human Rights Council condemns the vandalism, urging it should be considered as hate crime.
