World champion diver Tom Daley added two more gold medals to his career collection with his recent victories at the FINA World Cup competition taking place in Tokyo, Japan. Daley bested the competition in the 10m platform and also the synchronized 10m dive with Matty Lee at the test event for the Olympics later this summer also in Tokyo. Despite the wins, though, OutSports reported the champion’s thoughts after emerging victorious from the pool were clearly on his husband, Dustin Lance Black, and their young son, Robbie, who were watching the competition back home in London. Daley said "Hello, Robbie, if you’re watching!” after he won the individual gold with a back three-and-a-half somersault dive which earned a score of 104.40 points from the judges. Daily is one of many LGBTQ+ athletes to watch at the Tokyo Summer Olympics.
