We end this evening's show with a special interview with Amy Armstrong. She is a cancer survivor, LGBTQ+ ally, and philanthropist. She’s been singing and making people laugh for almost 30 years and uses her talent and platform to further the causes of the LGBTQ+ community. Born in Detroit and she lost her mom to cancer as a young lady.
She started her career in Chicago's Boystown community. She earned her chops as a singer at the iconic Gentry of Chicago with the likes of Honey West, Alexandra Billings, and Freddy Allen.
Amy's humorous outlook on everyday life has made her well-known.
