The Carytown neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia is a notedly bohemian area. No one expected one of the most progressive neighborhoods in the capital of Virginia to host an explicitly queerphobic billboard above a local establishment. Last week, that’s exactly what residents were faced with.
Christian hate group named Seed Sowers recently installed a rainbow billboard on a local establishment saying “LGBTQ” in bold letters across the top. And following this was written, "What did Jesus say? What does the Bible really say?”
Of course, the surrounding community condemned it and the board was taken down.
