(STORY) Just a week after a mass shooting in Buffalo, and just 3 weeks before the Anniversary of the Pulse massacre, the American people are again mourning after 19 children and 2 adults were slaughtered by an 18 year old gunman at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Texas does not require a license to legally carry a gun, and the gunman had posted pictures of his new weapons on social media just days ago. no comment
