We run different entertainment and news shows for the community, one of which is Queer News Tonight, the World’s First and Only LIVE Daily LGBTQ+ Evening News Show.

We believe in representation, education, and fun across the community. This is not an easy undertaking. Every step taken toward the betterment and health of the community needs to be well supported in order to ensure a sustainable impact.

As a result, Happening Out Television Network is open to accepting donations with 100% transparency. Happening Out Television Network accepts grants from international, federal, state, local, public & private organizations Even individuals who believe in our mission can donate.

How Do We Support Our Mission?

We count on our individual donors and corporate sponsors to support our initiatives through weekly donations and sponsorships of our programs and events.

We also apply for grants at all levels (municipal, state, federal, and foundation) to back our core mission.

The donations we receive go towards our programming, broadcasting, events, and the travel club, including the staffing and equipment needed.

A note: Board Members and Executive Leadership are all volunteers.

The Travel Club of HOUT is designed to bring the LGBTQ+ community together while they travel the world. Our mission is to make travel accessible to all by offering different payment plans and all travel club trips raise funds for 501c3 non-profits that support the community

Sunshine Cathedral traveled to Italy with 60 congregants from across the country, raising over $12,000 for its food sharing, grief support, and other community programs.

Happening Out Television Network Travel Club works at cost, and only with tour operators who agree to convert a portion of their profits to the non-profit 501c3 organization selected by those traveling.

In everything we do and plan to do, our priority is to propel the queer community through representation, education and laughter.

Hotspots! II Happening Out Television Network is Florida’s LGBTQ+ Media Outlet. We are a Non-Profit (501c3) organization.
We walk the talk by voicing different issues of the LGBTQ+ community through various platforms including Print, Television, Web, Social, and Events.

The LGBTQ+ community has shown immense support for our efforts and initiatives which can be witnessed in the performance of our programs and initiatives. Whether you are a donator, a member of the queer community, an ally, or all of the above, who we are and what we do speaks for itself.

EVENTS

We produce the major LGBTQ+ events in Fort Lauderdale including June’s Stonewall Pride Parade & Festival which was attended by 55,000 people.

We have South Florida’s largest circulation print Magazine, celebrating 37 years: Hotspots!

We are the ONLY Non-Profit (501c3) LGBTQ+ television network broadcasting on ROKU, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Android TV, and the most watched Queer news and talk shows in the US, CA, UK and AU.

We support critical LGBTQ+ issues such as healthcare, seniors, HIV/AIDS, students & youth, equality, and, queer events, Trans community, communities of color, lesbian community, Prides, other non-profit organizations, educational travel and so much more.
