The US and its territories showed the world how it's done at the 2022 Mr. Gay World competition in Cape Town, South Africa on Saturday. Tony Ardolino, Mr. Gay World USA, made first runner up in the competition. Mr Gay World Puerto Rico, Jose Lopez, took home the crown at the end. He also was awarded Best Social Media Presence, Best in National Costume, Best Sports Challenge, and Best in Swimwear awards.
