Philippe Schnobb has just released his independent analysis report to shed light on the cancellation of the Pride parade. Mr. Schnobb's analysis report mentions several internal communication issues that would have led to the cancellation of the Pride Parade. He explains, “On August 7, 2022, the Pride Parade is canceled following a series of confusing, overly quick exchanges that will result in specific actions that make the cancellation inevitable. It is a deplorable misunderstanding. We wonder who turned off the light. As for the previous elements that led to forgetting to recruit resources, I believe that the departure of key people, the work overload, and the lack of supervision contributed to the error non-detection.”
