In the model of other community networks like PBS and NPR, Happening Out Television Network is America’s leader in LGBTQ+ media and is a non-profit (501c3) organization to support our community through LGBTQ+ News, Information, Entertainment, Education, and Fundraising.

Happening Out Television Network was formed with a mission to raise a voice in support of important LGBTQ+ issues. Our Mission is to support the ten pillars of our LGBTQ+ community. We want to inform and educate the key issues of our Black community, Latino, Lesbian and Queer Women, Trans, Students and Youth, Seniors, HIV/AIDS and Healthcare, Business, Social Justice, and Faith. Hotspots! || Happening Out Television Network is Florida’s LGBTQ+ Media Outlet. We are a Non-Profit (501c3) organization.
We walk the talk by voicing different issues of the LGBTQ+ community through various platforms including Print, Television, Web, Social, and Events.
EVENT
We produce the major LGBTQ+ events in Fort Lauderdale including June’s Stonewall Pride Parade & Festival which 55,000 attended.
We have South Florida’s largest circulation print Magazine, Hotspots!.
TELEVISION
We have the ONLY LGBTQ+television network broadcasting on ROKU, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Android TV and the most watched news and entertainment LGBTQ+ shows in South Florida.
